I am frequently asked about my process in making my photographs and what kind of equipment I use. Here is a
brief description of my process and what equipment I use to capture and reproduce my work.
In 2003 I switched to digital cameras completely. With modern digital cameras and printers I can explore imagery in
a way that was almost impossible back in my film camera days. Today, with high quality pigment inks and archival
papers, photographs will last much longer than with the old film based chemical processes. I use only the highest
quality materials when producing my photographic prints. I print on an Epson r2400 printer with Ultrachrome K3
pigment inks. The paper I use is 100% cotton rag archival paper. I mat and frame all of my own work as well. The
entire matting and framing process is done to gallery archival standards. All mat board, backing board and
materials are 100% archival.
